Duration & Access
Most participants complete the Industry-Bridging Program™ within 6–9 months part time or 6-12 weeks full-time.
To support different learning styles, career goals, and personal commitments, participants receive up to 12 months of access to program resources, learning materials, career support, and community engagement opportunities.
Delivery
The Industry-Bridging Program™ is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining:
- Self-paced online learning
- Live group masterclasses
- Personalised 1-on-1 career coaching and mentoring
This flexible format allows participants to build knowledge, develop professional confidence, and receive tailored guidance throughout their journey.
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for each course successfully completed within the program.
To earn certification, a minimum score of 80% is required for each final assessment.
Unlimited attempts are available for practice quizzes, while two attempts are included for each final assessment. Additional assessment attempts may be purchased if required.
As the Industry-Bridging Program™ is designed to support career readiness, participants must also successfully complete the program’s mock interview assessment to graduate from the program.

The Industry-Bridging Program™ is designed for STEMM graduates, health professionals, early career researchers, and career changers who are serious about pursuing a career in clinical research.
It is best suited to individuals seeking a structured pathway that combines industry-focused learning, practical development, career coaching, and personalised support to help accelerate their transition into the industry.
2. Do I need previous clinical research experience?
No.
The program is designed for individuals who are new to clinical research and serious about transitioning into the industry.
3. How long do I have access to the program?
Most participants complete the Industry-Bridging Program™ within 6–9 months.
However, you’ll receive up to 12 months of access to program materials, live masterclasses, community support, and career coaching resources and mentorship, allowing you to progress at a pace that suits your individual circumstances.
Participants are encouraged to attend all available live sessions throughout their enrolment period to maximise the value of the program and their learning experience.
4. Will this program guarantee me a job?
No training provider can ethically guarantee employment outcomes.
However, 87% of graduates who successfully complete the program and actively engage with the career development process secure a clinical research role within three months.
While employment outcomes depend on factors such as individual effort, market conditions, and employer requirements, our structured approach is designed to help participants strengthen their industry understanding, professional confidence, and readiness for opportunities within the clinical research sector.
